Rick Perry Indicted for Coercion, Veto Threat – Texas politics is a contact sport and this indictment is proof.
Last year, Perry threatened to withhold money from the office of the Travis County (Austin) District Attorney UNLESS the DA stepped down after she was arrested for drunk driving and disrespecting a police officer. Perry later vetoed an appropriation for the DA’s office. Apparently that was against a Texas law and a Travis County grand jury indicted the Texas governor. Whether he is guilty or innocent, the indictment appears to throw a HUGE monkey wrench into Perry’s plans for a second run for president.
Of course, many Americans don’t view indictments and criminal behavior as the automatic disqualifying factor it once was for national office. The Senate and Congress is full of politicians who have been indicted at least once–and the list of federal politicians convicted for a crime (not merely indicted or charged) is a long one which stretches back to 1798.
But some Americans still hold to those quaint notions that a president shouldn’t be involved in actions that get him indicted for two felonies and a chance at a 99-year prison term. NJ governor Chris Christie, no stranger to investigations himself, appears to be the immediate beneficiary of Perry’s troubles.

(VIDEO) Booking of the DA – Watching this video, it hard not to empathize with the DA, who is caught by the same impossible laws and police procedures that most regular people have to put up with WITHOUT the benefit of a local news TV camera. Some may protest: at least the regular person can be booked without the bad publicity. But others will realize if this were a regular non-DA person (without the glare of a TV news camera), the actions taken by the jail authorities may have been much worse.
This video is also proof that Texas politics is a rough, contact sport.
There is also another video of the police dashcam when the DA was arrested. It is being offered as “proof” she was drunk. It doesn’t appear to be anything other than a sober person reacting to the latest “drunk test” which allows authorities to run someone in without any more proof than the officer’s say-so. The videos show a person who is upset that she’s being railroaded–just like any number of other Americans are every day. And yes, we’re aware she did eventually plead guilty to the charge.

Is Barack Obama aiding and abetting ISIS? – After Germany lost in World War I, the German people were convinced they had been “stabbed in the back” by “traitors” and “Jews.” This set them up for Hitler who promised Germans a return to glory, power and prestige. The USA is being set up for the same trip. After its loss in the coming World War, Obama will be blamed as the “traitor.” And the one who will promise to return America to glory, prestige and power? A man of sin.
Justice Dept forces Detroit-area schools to hire Arabic interpreters – Because our president is a secret Muslim, you see. Does this headline cause anger or irritation? It ought to: that is its purpose. Propaganda is the attempt to bypass thinking by appealing directly to the reader’s emotions. Americans face a tsunami of propaganda every day. But because Americans have been taught that propaganda is cartoonish and easy to spot (like the North Korean variety), they believe they are too sophisticated to be manipulated by propaganda.
Americans are deceived: they are manipulated on almost every action they take every day by propaganda–most of it very sophisticated and delivered in the form of commercials and newscasts.
2016 political battle already heating up – At least in the media. Ever notice the Corporate Media spends as much time on the next president than the one we have now?
Should you have the right to fly an ISIS flag? – Hard to imagine that this question is being asked in a country that protects the right of protesters to burn the US flag. Is this the “Land of the Free” or the “Home of the Caged?” The author of the piece pretends to be conflicted But is he?
With Islamic State forces ravaging the Middle East, and that fundamentalist group’s leadership threatening to raise this exact flag over the White House and warning Americans that they shall “see you in New York,” it is certainly true that ISIS wants to present itself as a threat to the United States. But is flying the black Islamist flag a direct incitement to violence? The burden of proof on anyone leveling that accusation is a heavy one.
Americans have been deceived that they have this list of “unalienable rights.” Events over the last few decades should have disabused anyone with eyes to see of that quaint notion. By cleverly buttressing the arguments of those who want to restrict unpopular speech while faintly defending those imagined rights that Americans believe they have, the author makes the sly case “Sure, there’s free speech, but that’s just a concept. We’re talking reality here. We’re talking the existential threat of Muslims. Free speech? Get real.”
The author also makes the dishonest case that the people flying the flag were “politely asked to take it down.”
Sure, just like Louie and the boys showing up “asking” a small shopkeeper to buy “insurance.”
“Nice place you have here. That’s a real nice flag. Be a shame if anything happened to it. Why don’t you ‘volunteer’ to take it down? That’s right.”
Sure, they “volunteered” to take the flag down. That’s the ticket.

Ferguson MO: Teen was prime suspect in strong-arm robbery – Ferguson MO is turning into another Trayon Martin-George Zimmerman fiasco. The media MO is EXACTLY the same, right down to the initial releasing of a dishonest picture of the teen in question. First, video was released of the store incident. Then residents told CNN that the video was not of the dead teen. NOW, even if the teen in question WAS a prime robbery SUSPECT, police still don’t have the right to gun down an unarmed black man.
BUT, as this entire event has been constructed to fire up black-white tensions, conflicting facts will continue to be dribbled out by the media over the next two-three weeks. First, facts which strengthen one side’s arguments; then, facts which strengthen the other side. The method encourages both sides to “pick a side and dig in.”
In the meantime, there is real rage, a real person lies dead and the police across the country are still junior military units ready to fight a war.
Media watchers recognize the media modus operandi as the same used in the Trayvon Martin media circus. Experienced media watchers will recognize the same forces which were at work in the infamous OJ Simpson murder/trial 1994-95 media circus. For almost a year, blacks and whites were encouraged to pick sides and the media treated each side to a menu of conflicting facts. When the OJ verdict was finally announced on national TV, the differing reaction to the verdict of whites and blacks highlighted the media’s success of dividing along racial lines.
Before OJ, there was the Rodney King beating in 1991. Before King, there were many other media stories designed to divide along racial lines.
It has been a lesson the media has repeated and refined over the years.
The Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) has long delighted in its presentation of these real-life moral dilemmas. They are presented in order to “demonstrate” that there are no moral absolutes. That the line between right and wrong, good and evil, is a very blurry one. The fact these events also divide along racial lines is a media two-fer.
They are preparing the world for the coming of the grand imposter.
Ferguson police chief insists this is not a “black-white issue” – He’s most likely correct. However, the media coverage IS making it a “black-white issue”–and that’s what most people see. That’s what counts.
STUDY: Local police involved in over 400 killings per year – Many justified, some not. However, the article concentrates on white-black police killings. Proving that this is the lens through which the media covers this subject.

Why Paul and Jan Crouch can’t escape accountability – Written last year (before Paul Crouch died) by the founder and publisher of Charisma magazine. Although the author tries to imply that he’s an objective “journalist,” he is no such thing–at least in this apologetic of TBN and the heresies, false teachers, and antichrist antics the network has promoted over the years.
The author is taken to task in the comments by the readers. Few are buying his waffling, want-to-have-it-both-ways point-of-view which come across as a defense of the Crouches and their antichrist TBN. However, if the readers of Charisma were really all that serious about breaking with promoters of worldly, antichrist doctrines, they would have quit reading Charisma long ago.
As far as Paul Crouch is concerned, he revealed who his god was in 1997 while on the air.
